The bridal preview is a three-hour session to talk through vision, skincare and inspiration and to perfect the look; it is documented and photographed, and it is open only to brides who have secured their date. Bridesmaid, mother and attendant makeup takes 60 to 75 minutes per person, and bridal makeup takes at least two hours with a trial or up to three without one. For larger parties, Katie brings in members of her hand-selected team, who do the bridesmaids and attendants while Katie does the bride.

Special event makeup sessions run 1.5 to 2 hours and include a luxury skin preparation step. They are offered in the studio, starting at $200, or as a mobile service, subject to availability, and optional strip lashes can be added in the studio. Makeup lessons are one-on-one, in-studio sessions covering skin prep, foundation, setting, contouring, tools and personal tips; each self-makeup lesson, starting at $400, is recorded, edited with a custom voiceover and sent to the client as a video. Artist lessons are available for those refining skills for a professional setting. On-location touch-ups are $100 per unit, which the site also describes as an hourly rate per artist, including wait time.

Booking requires a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer, which covers travel, parking and other added fees. Cancelling at least 120 days before the wedding avoids the remaining balance, while cancelling inside 120 days owes it in full. Collections cannot be reduced, upgraded or expanded after booking, and unused services are non-refundable. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late are charged a $50 late fee for each 15-minute period, and studio and special event appointments need 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
