The clinic was founded in 2024 by Christina Polcyn, an RN who moved into aesthetic medicine in 2022 after working in trauma intensive care, opioid treatment and emergency medicine. The practice is built around long-term results rather than quick fixes. Most patients are encouraged to start with a package and then return for one to two treatments a year, and the clinic says it only recommends treatments it believes will benefit the patient and values lasting relationships over high patient volume.

A visit begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, where the treatment plan is fitted to the individual's anatomy and goals. Patients work directly with Christina from consultation through follow-up, with no receptionist, call center or rotating injector. The clinic is in suite 101 at 523 West Old Northwest Highway and shares its parking lot with The Center for Facial Plastic Surgery.

The clinic also offers Tox Party sessions, three-hour appointments for a group held at home or another chosen location, booked by inquiry. According to the clinic, it continuously invests in premium products, advanced technology, ongoing education and emergency preparedness.
