Appointments can be booked online through Fresha or by phone, and walk-in visits are also welcome. Guests are asked to show up five to ten minutes ahead of their slot. A late arrival of over fifteen minutes could cut the treatment short or lead to moving the booking to another time. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Clients who repeatedly cancel on the day or miss appointments without notice may be asked to leave a deposit for later bookings.
The space has premium manicure stations and a pedicure lounge with plush massage chairs. According to the salon, all tools are sterilized and single-use items are thrown out after each guest. Services are not performed on nails or skin with infections, open wounds or irritation. Issues with a service can be reported within three days of the visit for a correction at no charge, though completed services are not refunded.

Happy hour pricing applies Monday to Thursday from 9AM to 3PM on listed services, including pedicures, gel manicures, dipping powder, Gel X and acrylic sets. Children are welcome during a service or with an adult at all times; unattended children wait seated in the waiting area.
