The studio is a private, one-on-one space in North Phoenix, near Scottsdale, and is set up around that focus.

The central service is the Hair Health Assessment, a 60-minute appointment that looks at health history, current medications, lifestyle and the pattern of hair loss. Scalp imaging is taken in person, and virtual clients across the United States send photos instead. Each assessment is followed by an email summarizing the discussion, observations and suggested next steps. The studio does not diagnose or treat medical conditions or prescribe medication, and it suggests clients talk through prescription options with their healthcare provider. Assessments are self-pay and are not billed through insurance.

Recommendations can include at-home care, in-studio treatments such as Ozone Plasma Therapy, additional testing, or working with a healthcare provider. The studio explains the evidence behind commonly used options, including medications, supplements, topical therapies and in-office treatments, and recommends products only when they fit a client's assessment and goals. For clients who want more detail, the Root Cause Hair Strand Test scans a hair sample for over 800 wellness markers and includes a Zoom call to review results.

Alongside the hair loss work, the studio offers two head spa treatments and a haircut service. The Restore treatment is designed for returning guests, while the Renew treatment runs for two hours and combines scalp analysis with exfoliation, a massage, a moisture masque with ozone steam, gua sha and a blow dry. The Signature Haircut Experience is a 60-minute visit with consultation, shampoo, precision cut and blow dry, using shears only and intended for medium to long hair.

The studio works from the reasons behind a client's hair changes, using assessment, testing and an evidence-based explanation of options before recommending a treatment or product.
