Trial sessions are a central part of booking. The final payment is due seven days before the event, and services can be removed up to 90 days before the wedding, after which the number of services is fixed.

The team works from one set location per event and does not move mid-service, though touch-ups can be arranged at a later location for an added travel fee. Travel fees apply per stylist for locations more than one hour away at $1 per mile round trip. Events more than two hours away require a hotel or Airbnb rated 3 stars or higher within 10 minutes of the venue, booked by the bride, and events more than three hours away need accommodations for the night before and the night of the wedding plus per diem for each artist.
