Memberships run for 12 months from purchase, are non-transferable, and become non-refundable once a benefit is redeemed. A referral program is also available: referred friends who are first-time clients booking a service of at least $300 receive $100 off, and the referrer earns a $100 credit after the friend's first treatment. Credits expire six months after issue.
