The menu covers hair removal in several forms. Brazilian waxes can be done in hard wax or sugar wax, and bikini, underarm, lip, chin and stomach waxes are offered as separate services. Massage choices include a full-body Swedish massage, a shorter express massage for up to two areas, and a 10-minute aromatherapy add-on.
Several packages bundle services at a lower price than booking each one separately. These include three Brazilian waxes, a full Brazilian with underarm wax, a lip and chin pairing, and a Brazilian paired with a vajacial. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books a service they already have a package for.
Booking takes a $20 deposit, which is non-refundable. The balance is paid in cash, or by debit card with a $3 fee added. Clients should arrive on time, since appointments are cancelled if they arrive more than 10 to 15 minutes late. Cancellations carry a 30% fee, so clients are asked to let the spa know as early as possible to reschedule. Only clients being served may come into the spa; children and extra guests are not permitted unless they are receiving a service themselves.
Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, and approval must come before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
