Protective braided styles are the core of the menu. Adult knotless braids can be booked with a wash, blow dry and braiding hair included, and standard pricing covers midback length. Knotless Boho Bob, which sits between chin and shoulder length, can include a wash, and Boho curls can be added for an extra fee. For knotless work, previous styles need to be fully removed before the appointment. Kids braids are offered for ages 6 to 12, with hair arriving clean, detangled and blow-dried unless the wash and blow dry add-on is chosen.

Crochet options range from pre-looped crochet braids to synthetic illusion and human curly styles. The business describes Human Curly Crochet as a protective style that can last up to 8 weeks with proper maintenance. It comes as an Essential Experience for hair already shampooed and blown out, or as a Signature Experience that includes a wash and blow dry. For that style, 4 to 5 packs of hair are recommended, and clients are pointed to the recommended brands on the owner's Linktree.

Miracle Knots are individually installed and can be booked as install only or with a wash and blow dry; clients take their hair down and wash it before arriving. Touch-ups on locs are done with the hair as clients come in. Hair is not included in most crochet and loc bookings.

Booking terms are straightforward. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. At least 48 hours' notice is needed to cancel or reschedule, and cancellations are not refunded. Clients can send questions to the owner through the contact form on the website.
