The studio is open Monday from noon to 8 pm, Tuesday and Friday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, and Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 am to 5 pm, and is closed on weekends. Booking questions are taken by text only at (337) 418-0240.

Sugaring starts at $65 for about 10 minutes or more, with Brazilian sugaring at $325 and Brazilian plus underarm at $400. Timing between visits depends on the last method used: roughly 10 to 14 days after shaving, 4 weeks after waxing, and 4 to 6 weeks after a previous sugaring. Brazilian maintenance is offered only within 4 to 6 weeks of a client's last Brazilian at the studio.

Epilfree is a non-laser permanent hair removal treatment that the studio describes as suitable for all skin tones and hair colors. It costs $165 for about 20 minutes or more and includes a consultation, sugaring of the area and Epilfree serum. Underarm Epilfree is $380 and Brazilian Epilfree is $700.

Eyelash extensions are $120 for about 30 minutes or more and are customized to eye shape and the look the client wants. Refills at 8 to 14 days need at least 50% of extensions remaining, and refills at 15 to 21 days need at least 40%. After 21 days a full set is required, and refill appointments are for existing clients only unless approved in advance.

Payment is accepted by cash, card, Apple Pay, Google or Android Pay, Cash App Pay and Afterpay. Non-cash payments carry a 4% processing fee, and Afterpay carries 6%. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved once to a rescheduled date and count toward the service total.

Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. Same-day rescheduling is charged as a cancellation at 100% of booked services, and no-shows are charged in full and blocked from future bookings. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which the appointment is cancelled and the card on file is charged. No children, pets or extra guests are allowed in the studio, and drivers may wait in their car. Refunds are not offered, though the studio says it will discuss options if a client is unhappy.
