Appointments are booked online through the studio's GlossGenius page, where the menu lists the price and approximate length of each service. Several services ask new clients for a small deposit, ranging from $10 to $20, and a Buy Now, Pay Later option is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
The studio keeps a weekly promotion: on Wednesdays, a discounted Brazilian wax is offered to new and returning clients. A Bald Kitty and Underarm package pairs a Brazilian wax with an underarm wax for less than the two separately, and existing package credits are applied automatically at checkout when booking through the Services page.
Cancellations and reschedules are requested at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 65% of the scheduled service. The studio's hours run Monday, Tuesday and Saturday from 7 AM to 9:30 PM, Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM; it is closed Thursday and Friday.
