The business says it aims to be a calm space where clients can relax and restore mind, body and spirit. Facials are shaped around each client's skin type, condition and concerns, and the menu includes microdermabrasion, dermaplaning (which can be repeated every four to six weeks and is not done on pustular acne), HydraFacial glow services, a Korean carboxy facial using carbon dioxide, lymphatic facials with gua sha and wood therapy, and teen acne treatments with light therapy and extractions. There is a facial designed for men, and wedding glow options for brides and grooms. The business welcomes women, men and teens.

Japanese head spa services come in Elite and Deluxe versions and a 55-minute scalp spa, with halo rinses and a steam dome, and the scalp care uses Malibu C products. The massage menu covers Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage with stretching, prenatal, reflexology, TMJ jaw, sinus relief, neck tension release and full body cupping, along with an evening relaxation massage offered every day of the week. Audra stays in the building during evening massage appointments from 6 to 9 PM. Some massages require a deposit when booked.

Bookings are made through the GlossGenius booking page or by texting 609-848-3263, and reminders are sent through GlossGenius a week ahead and again the week of the appointment. Card payments carry a fee, while Cash App, Zelle and Venmo carry none, although bookings paid by cash app require full payment up front. Cancellations made on the same day are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full service with a new deposit needed to rebook. Deposits can be held toward a future visit without an extra fee for family emergencies or deaths in the family. Package credits apply automatically at checkout, Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval, and gift cards come in $200, $300 and $500 amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. The business says it received a 5 Star Beauty Awards thank-you and that Biz Rate Ocean County and Google recognized it in 2025 for client reviews.
