Most visits begin with a 45-minute consultation, which can be done in person or virtually, to plan a skin approach suited to the client. From there, treatments run from 10-minute add-ons to 100-minute intensives. The Clean Complexion facial combines massage, a customized steam cleanse, exfoliation, extractions and a mask, and its intensive version adds upper body and scalp massage, lymphatic drainage, Celluma LED therapy and a warm hand treatment. For uneven tone, the Lightening Lift treats hyperpigmentation, and the Pure Complexion Acne Facial addresses acne, scarring, texture and pigmentation, available as a single session or as a program.

Other options include microdermabrasion, a microchanneling treatment for skin texture, a Geneo X Glo 2 facial that exfoliates and oxygenates in one session, and a Barrier Repair Facial for dryness, redness and sensitivity. The Back Ritual is a customized deep cleansing treatment for the back.

Practical details: the studio is open Monday 9 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 8 AM to 7:30 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sundays. Cancellations carry a 30% fee, so clients are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible to reschedule. Tipping is not expected. A loyalty program and treatment packages are available, gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom value, and Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
