Appointments are booked by calling (412) 372-4488 and held with a credit card, and a gift certificate can be used at the time of service. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, especially on a first visit, since late arrivals may need to shorten their service. Changes need at least 48 hours notice, and the full service fee applies to cancellations or no-shows made without 24 hours notice. Mastercard, Visa and ATM cards are accepted. Gratuities are customarily 10 to 20 percent and are not included in the price.
