Appointments are the way in. Hours run Tuesday 10 am to 6 pm, Wednesday 10 am to 3 pm, Thursday 10 am to 6 pm, Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. Each visit happens in a private room, and consultations are private and confidential. Clients usually start with a consultation that looks at current health, the main concerns, day-to-day lifestyle, hair replacement needs, hair analysis and a scalp examination. The wig or system is chosen together with the client, and fit adjustments can be made on-site during treatment.

The range covers hair pieces and toppers, full wigs, extensions, hair systems and non-surgical replacement for women and men. Hair pieces and toppers are hand-made from a mold of each client's scalp, and synthetic and human hair options are both available. Human hair pieces are made from donated hair that is processed and can be colored, toned or treated. Styling, cuts, highlights, lowlights and special occasion styling are done in the private consultation setting, and styling, adjustments and maintenance are part of hair replacement service.
