Every appointment starts with a consultation, and listed prices are a starting point. Color services are fully custom: the menu serves as a guide, and pricing shifts with hair length, density and complexity. Clients are offered a snack, and arriving five minutes early helps with settling in. Team stylists may share one visit, so a conditioning treatment, a trim and styling could each come from a different person. If a regular stylist is booked, clients can ask for another stylist at the salon.

Beyond cuts and color, the salon offers a blow dry bar with roller sets, signature blowouts and monthly membership tiers. Extension methods include K-tip, tape-in, Flexweft and Keratin Bond. Other services include brow work, airbrushed spray tans, luxury treatments such as keratin and perms, makeup, men's cutting and grooming, and personal styling for wardrobe building, closet organizing and event outfits. Bridal hair and makeup trials and onsite event services are offered as well.

The space can be rented for hair classes, trainings, bridal showers and bachelorette parties. Chairs are rented to independent stylists at two tiers, and a private suite with two treatment rooms is available to estheticians and massage therapists.
