The massage menu is broad. Short options include a 30-minute foot massage and a 30-minute stress relief back massage that covers the back, neck and shoulders. One-hour options include Swedish, a full body massage with long gliding strokes; deep tissue, which uses the arms, thumbs and elbows to work beneath the surface muscle layers; and a signature massage that blends Swedish and deep tissue techniques, adjusted to each client. Sports massage combines stretching, compression and lengthening of muscle fibers. Prenatal massage is designed for the discomfort that comes with pregnancy-related body changes. Shiatsu and acupressure uses finger pressure in the Japanese and Korean styles. Lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage meant to encourage the movement of lymph fluid, and cupping uses suction cups on problem areas combined with massage. Couples massage is also offered, with two therapists, two tables and one room; pricing varies.

The facial menu includes a 30-minute mini facial with deep cleansing, enzyme exfoliation, light extractions, a mask and moisturizer, and an 40-minute teen facial aimed at impurities. A one-hour European facial adds an enzyme peel and a face, neck and shoulder massage with hand reflexology. For a longer treatment, the hydro dermabrasion facial uses water exfoliation with hyaluronic acid, and the oxygen therapy facial sprays concentrated oxygen infused with vitamins and minerals onto the skin. The gold therapy facial uses 24k gold mask sheets. The spa sells Dermalogica products. Its spa specials pair a one-hour massage with a one-hour facial for one combined price. New clients receive 10% off, though that discount does not apply to spa specials.

Visits are flexible, from a short massage to a full day of treatments, and the spa says its massage therapists are highly trained in a variety of styles and methods.
