Facials range from a 30-minute Express Facial to a 2-hour Birthday Glow Experience. Several use named techniques, including microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, dermaplaning, red or blue light therapy, enzyme exfoliation and extractions. The Acne Facial runs 60 minutes or more and uses blue light, a high-frequency wand and extractions, and clients are asked to stop BHA, AHA and retinol for three days beforehand. The studio notes that one acne facial will not clear acne and that regular visits give better results.

Bridal work is a focus. The Bridal Glow is a single 75-minute pre-wedding facial, while the Bridal Glow Journey spreads timed facials from three to six months before the wedding through wedding week, with a bridal lip treatment, a brow wax and a skincare gift. The VIP version adds four timed treatments, priority bridal scheduling and two complimentary Mini Glow Facials for guests.

Booking has a few set rules. Microneedling requires a consultation first, and the Skincare Consultation must be booked before a microneedling appointment. New Client Glow is for new clients only. Existing package holders book as usual and credits apply at checkout. Bridal deposits are $50, $100 or $150 depending on the package. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday and Thursday closed, Friday 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 8:30 PM.

Treatments are chosen around each client's skin type and goals, and several services include personalized home-care advice.
