The manicure menu covers regular, Dazzle Dry and No-Chip options on natural nails, along with Colorway's Signature Manicure. Pedicures run from an Express Pedicure and a Classic Pedicure up to spa-style options: Lavender Fresh, Coffee and Cream Dream, Milk and Honey, and CBD Calm Oasis. A pedicure designed for men, The Gentle Men Pedicure, is also offered. Every pedicure includes one-time-use liners, files and buffers.

Enhancements include acrylic sets, refills and fill-ins, Gel-X and Builder Gel sets, refills and overlays, and dipping powder manicures. Nail art is priced at $5 per nail, with designs that vary by skill level and time. Add-ons include French, ombre, chrome and cat eye finishes, as well as no-chip and Dazzle Dry upgrades. Soak-off, gel removal and removal with or without a service are available. The salon uses LED lights only, not UV.

Consultations are free on all services to help find the best fit. Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 days, and dipping powder and enhancement services for 10 days. Within those windows, chips or lifting can be fixed free in the original color. Breakages, tears and corner breaks after that are charged. Traditional regular polish services are not guaranteed, and Gel-X maintenance after more than 3 weeks is treated as a new set. Extra charges apply to complex shapes such as almond, stiletto, ballerina and coffin, and to extra length, which is best confirmed before service starts. Refunds are not given once a service is done, so concerns should be raised before paying.

Clients are asked to mention any chemical or substance allergies before services. The premises have digital video surveillance, and clients are asked to keep belongings with them, as the salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Gift cards are not refundable, exchangeable, or honored after expiry, and are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
