Located in Suite D of a shopping center on Barker Cypress Road, the salon has free parking in front. It serves clients from Cypress and Katy as well as Houston, Tomball, Jersey Village, Fairfield, Bridgeland, Towne Lake, Copperfield, Hockley, Waller and parts of Harris County. Appointments are recommended, though same-day bookings are available. The salon is open Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays.

Extensions and overlays make up much of the menu. Gel X extensions are soft gel tips applied to natural nails and cured under LED light, starting at $55 and taking about 1 hour 30 minutes. Acrylic sets start at $40 and take about 45 minutes, and fills typically last two to three weeks between appointments. Builder gel, also called BIAB, is a self-leveling gel placed directly on natural nails to add strength, starting at $60 and taking about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Dip powder uses colored powder bonded with an activator and does not need UV light, starting at $45 and taking about an hour. Gel manicures start at $30 and take about an hour. Spa pedicures start at $30 and take about 45 minutes, and include a warm foot soak, nail care, exfoliation and a massage. The pedicure chairs include massage chairs.

Custom nail art starts at $5 and takes about 1 hour 25 minutes. Designs include chrome, ombre, 3D, hand-painted and cat eye styles, and can be added to other services. Complex work such as hand-painted designs, stones or ombre can add 15 to 30 minutes, so clients booking nail art are asked to send a reference photo or leave a note when booking.

Hygiene is a stated focus. The salon says metal tools are sterilized in an autoclave after each use and individually packaged, that single-use liners are used for every pedicure, and that files, buffers and tub liners are discarded after each client. Each client gets fresh towels, workstations are sanitized between clients, and the facility is cleaned daily. An air filtration system is in place. The salon says its sanitation protocols go beyond Texas state requirements and that its technicians are licensed. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, a 15-minute grace period applies, and late cancellations may incur a fee. Cash, credit cards, Apple Pay and common digital payments are accepted, and gift certificates are sold in the salon.

According to the salon, its sanitation practices go beyond Texas state requirements, with sterilized metal tools, disposable liners and fresh towels for each client.
