Pedicures are the main draw, with a ladder of options from a basic 35-minute service to a one-hour combination. The basic pedicure includes a flower petal bath soak, nail trimming and shaping, cuticle grooming, buffing, massage oil and cream, and hot towels. Longer versions add steps such as an organic sugar scrub, a jelly soak, a paraffin wax treatment, a hot stone massage or an organic foot mask. The CBD options use CBD-infused products, and the Volcano Spa CBD service includes a multi-step detox, scrub, collagen mask and lotion.
Manicures range from a basic service with regular polish to gel color and a paraffin version. Dip powder and acrylic can be added to a manicure, and a chrome powder finish is available on a gel manicure.
Redo policies are clear: gel, dip and acrylic redos must be booked within seven days of the original service, and work is redone at no charge if a client reports dissatisfaction with quality immediately after the visit. Redos do not cover a change of service or color. The salon does not offer refunds for services or products, and repairs needed because of damage outside the salon or lack of client care may be charged to the client.
The salon describes its approach as relaxed and design-forward, convenient for customers, with technology applied to a high-end nail salon.
