Booking starts with a consultation. New clients can arrange one by text, phone, or in person, and online bookings made without a prior conversation are postponed until one takes place. Some services, such as color corrections, major transformations, and certain treatments, also need a consultation for existing clients. Formal event styling is available only through consultation, and the salon does not travel for events.

The menu covers haircuts and styling, all-over and root color, full blonding, and double process fashion colors for bold, vibrant, or pastel shades. Highlighting ranges from spotlight and money piece highlights to partial and full foils, balayage, custom highlights, lowlights, and multidimensional color. Treatments include deep conditioning, scalp care, keratin smoothing, and a formaldehyde-free Brazilian Blowout, and eyebrow tinting is offered as well. Haircuts can also be booked on their own for natural or existing color.

On the day of a visit, clients should arrive with clean, dry hair unless told otherwise, and they are welcome to bring inspiration photos. A beverage or some quiet time is available while color processes. Guidance on at-home hair care products is offered on request. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and clients running more than 15 minutes late should let the salon know. Children are welcome if they can sit through the service without disruption.

Each service starts with a personalized conversation that considers hair health, daily styling, lifestyle, and how often the client visits. Product recommendations for home care are available on request.
