The plan covers cost, how long the visit will take, home-care products and when to return. Stylists give a customized quote before service starts. Partial and face-framing color and express cuts are not recommended for new guests.

Color is a major focus, with balayage, full color, highlights and lowlights, root maintenance, glaze or toner refreshes, and vivid consultations. Single-process color takes about two hours, while balayage or highlights run three to four hours. Extension and color correction visits can take a full day.

Hair extensions are a core service here. Each visit starts with a complimentary 15-minute consultation, with no obligation, to settle on the color match, the installation plan and a price. The salon installs using its Concealed Bead Method and works with hand-tied wefts, K-tips, tape-ins, halos, clip-ins and tinsel. The salon describes itself as a Harper Ellis Partner Salon and says its extension stylists have been trained in the Harper Ellis curriculum. Appointments for installation are scheduled five to seven days after the consultation, and a fitting typically runs about two to six hours. Typical budgets land near $2,500, though the figure shifts with length, density and the desired look, and the definitive quote is given at the consultation. Clients go home with a kit for caring for their extensions.

The head spa offers 30, 60 and 90-minute sessions in two dedicated treatment rooms. Each includes a custom scalp treatment, deep cleanse and massage, and the 60 and 90-minute sessions add a scalp analysis under magnification. A blowout is not included but can be added. The salon describes its head spa as the most luxurious salon experience in Middle Tennessee.
