Each service begins with a consultation to learn the client's goals, daily routine and how much upkeep they want to commit to. Color formulas are saved in a record for each client, so the history of their hair stays on file from one visit to the next. Services are adjusted for straight, wavy, fine, medium and thick hair. Haircuts are chosen with the client in mind for face shape, lifestyle and commitment level, and clients get guidance on styling at home. A follow-up call may be made after a visit to check on the result.

Beyond color, the salon offers haircuts for women, men and children, blow-dries, professional blowouts, toning and glossing, and hairstyling such as updos for special occasions. Treatments include Olaplex, K-18, Cezanne smoothing, Lasio keratin and Brazilian Blowout. Listed prices are starting points and may change depending on the plan made for each client.

Booking involves a few terms. A 50% deposit is due at booking and can be paid by Venmo, PayPal or credit card, and a card must be kept on file. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service price, and a no-show carries a $100 charge. Appointments are confirmed by text 24 hours ahead. Clients more than 10 minutes late may have their service rescheduled. Adjustments can be made within two weeks of an appointment, but refunds on services are not offered.

Services are personalized after a consultation, and the salon says it focuses on healthy, long-lasting results.
