The salon specializes in lived-in color and hair extensions, and most of the menu is built around color: glosses, accent highlights, all over color, partial and full custom color, and color correction. Color correction is booked only after a consultation.

Services are grouped into color, consultation, extensions, haircut and styling. Consultations, including extension consultations, are free and take about 15 minutes. Sew-in extension installs start at $130 for one row or $260 for two rows, and extension removal starts at $40, priced at $20 per row.

The salon's hours are Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, and it is closed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50% of the appointment total, no-shows without notice are charged the full appointment price, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are charged a $30 late fee on the service. A portfolio of the stylist's work is available on the salon's site.

Looks are customized to each client, and the owner puts a steady emphasis on learning new techniques.
