Color is the core of the menu. Highlights can be placed on any base color, from blonde to brunette to redhead. Lived In Color blends highlights with a client's natural shade, and balayage is a hand-painted sun-lightening technique generally used on lighter hair. Other color services include gray touch-ups, low-lighting, glazing, full color and color correction for results clients did not want.

Beyond color, the salon offers women's haircuts, which include shampoo, conditioner and a blow-dry, and a shampoo, style and iron service. Brazilian Blowout uses keratin to smooth and straighten hair and reduce frizz; the salon notes it may not suit everyone. Makeup is offered for special events, and a consultation is required before booking. Makeup uses Estée Lauder products.

Policies are worth reading before a first visit. Clients who expect to arrive more than 15 minutes late should text the salon before the appointment, and appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. Services cannot be refunded, but adjustments can be made within 3 to 7 days, and problems can be corrected by rescheduling at no extra charge after inspection. Unopened, unused products can be fully refunded, and unsatisfactory products can be exchanged for one of equal value within 7 to 10 days of purchase. Clients may be photographed for social media if they consent on the application.
