Services are grouped into blonding, color, cutting, styling and treatments. Partial and half head sessions leave toner out of the price, while the full head service includes toner. Full custom blonding requires a consultation before booking.

Color work includes a toner-only service with a shampoo and blow dry, root retouching for regrowth of an inch or less, and solid color that covers the full head with root retouching and either permanent color pulled through the lengths or a gloss or toner. Regrowth longer than an inch and a half carries an extra fee.

Cutting covers a standard haircut with a full shampoo and blow out, a shorter cut for pixie styles and men's haircuts, a separate youth cut for children under nine and a quick bang trim. Haircuts may carry an extra $20 to $40 depending on length and density. A stand-alone blow out and a deep conditioning treatment that can be added to any visit round out the menu. Brazilian Blow Out is a hair straightening treatment aimed at reducing frizz.

Clients can book a free 20-minute consultation in person to talk through a color change. Clients are welcome to bring inspiration photos to that conversation. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for approved clients on bookings from $50 to $4,000. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the salon know as early as possible so it can be rescheduled.

Celeste aims to deliver each client's hair goals and shares hair tips and product education so clients can care for their hair at home.
