Options include bio-identical hormone pellets, topical creams, sublingual troches, estrogen patches and progesterone support.

Depending on the patient, it may combine nutrition and exercise guidance, hormone and thyroid support, medications, InBody body composition analysis, body contouring and metabolic monitoring. GLP-1 treatment includes medical supervision, individualized dosing and ongoing follow-up.
