Every treatment begins with a private consultation about past treatments, goals and concerns. The salon says it does not rush visits or recommend services a client does not need. Products are recommended after an education-first conversation, based on skin type, goals and lifestyle. Ten minutes of each scheduled treatment time is set aside for dressing and consultation.

Facials are customized to skin type and goals. Options include HydraFacial, dermaplaning, back facials, lymphatic work, red and blue light, tinting, waxing, jelly mask, iS Clinical Fire and Ice and Foaming Enzyme facials, and Eminence Organic facials such as the Signature Facial and Mangosteen Facial. For acne, the salon uses medical-grade facials and, when suitable, AviClear, a laser series described as reducing oil gland activity. Laser services include hair removal on the Alma Soprano Ice for men and women, IPL PhotoFacial, RF skin resurfacing, skin tightening and laser skin rejuvenation. Microneedling is done with SkinPen, with a PRP option, and chemical peels include VI Peel.

Injectable options include Botox Cosmetic, Jeuveau, lip filler, cheek filler, smile line filler and chin and jawline filler, and complimentary lip filler consultations are offered. Non-surgical CoolSculpting targets areas such as the abdomen and flanks, inner and outer thighs, bra fat and chin; the salon notes it is not a weight-loss treatment. Massage and spray tans are also available.

Membership comes in levels, with Level 3 given as an example at $142 per month applied to services. Members receive discounts on treatments, including filler, 10% off retail products, member-only promotions and priority booking for select services such as the Facial Pod. Points are earned at one dollar per point and do not expire. Memberships run six months, then continue month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel. CareCredit and Cherry financing let clients split treatments into monthly payments.

The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Morning appointments are not bookable online, so clients call (480) 400-0061 to ask about morning times. A card is held on file to book and is charged only for same-day cancellations or no-shows. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and charges a $25 fee per appointment for changes inside that window. Services are charged after they are completed.
