A visit usually begins with a personalized consultation. Haircuts use the French hair cutting technique, and every cut includes a mini scalp massage and a shampoo with a moisturizing treatment. Every color service also includes a mini scalp massage, shampoo and conditioning, and a blow-dry finish. New clients are asked to book a complimentary consultation before a color appointment. Express Color is a quicker visit without a blow-dry and is not recommended for first-time clients. Clients who have used henna should tell the salon before booking, and the salon cannot guarantee the exact shade or how long vivid and fashion tones will last, since they tend to fade faster than traditional shades.
Highlighting options include traditional foils, balayage, foilyage, baby-lites, and strand-lites, along with lowlights. Color corrections, vivid and fashion shades, and henna are offered after a complimentary consultation. Hair treatments include deep conditioning, smoothing, and perms. Hair extensions are priced individually and include both the hair and the application, and they begin with a complimentary consultation, a detailed estimate, and a care plan. Styling is available on its own, without a haircut or color.
