The braid menu is grouped into named families, including boho and knotless braids, Bora braids, goddess and boho box braids, triangle braids, locs, lemonade, stitch, crochet and feed-in styles, and kids braids. Prices depend on style and size. Longer lengths cost extra, so clients should check with the stylist before booking. Emergency, same-day, squeeze-in and day-off appointments carry an additional fee of $150 or more.

Hair is included for all braid styles but not for crochet, locs or twist styles. Hair should be at least 3 inches long, and shorter hair needs a consultation by text first. Clients should arrive with hair washed, blow dried, detangled and free of oil and chemicals. Colors offered include 1, 1b, 1/27, 1/30, 2, 4, 27, 30 and 613. Other colors are available on request, or clients can bring their own pre-stretched hair, with Xpressions, Freetress, Formation and Ruwa recommended.

A non-refundable $50 deposit secures each appointment and is deducted from the service fee. A $50 deposit is also required to reschedule after a cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 75% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged in full. There is a 10-minute grace period, a $35 late fee applies after that, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late are treated as no-shows. Only the client being braided may be present unless accompanying a minor. Clients with scalp sores or open wounds are not serviced. Clients are responsible for hair upkeep after service, and the stylist is not responsible for issues after 3 days. Clients must book under their real name, and photos or videos may be used for promotion only with verbal consent, which can be declined.

For stylists, the studio offers one-on-one braiding classes of 8 hours, tailored to each student's level, with inquiries made by email. The Beginners Braiding Course costs $1,100 and runs 8 hours. It covers braiding foundations and completing one full head of braids, and includes a mannequin head, starter kit and certificate of completion. Topics include products, hair prep, parting, sizing, cornrows, individual plaits, finishing, building a clientele and pricing. The Advanced Braiding Course also costs $1,100 and runs 8 hours for stylists with basic braiding knowledge, and requires a live model. It covers section control, extending braids, the tuck method, custom ombre, finishing, photography tips and social media marketing, and includes a certificate of completion.
