The salon is open on Fridays from 9 AM to 3 PM and on Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays. Bookings and payments go through the online booking system, and clients can send Courtney a question through the contact form on the website.

Cuts and blow dries include shampoo and conditioner. Women's haircuts take 60 minutes, men's haircuts and kids' cuts run 45 minutes, and a blow dry style takes 45 minutes and uses hot tools when needed.

Color services are timed by length. All-over color is offered for short, medium and long hair, with root touch-ups, touch-up with a cut, and balayage painted-on highlights. Vivids and fashion colors can be done in any shade, and hair tinsel extensions are added at $5 per bead.

Extensions are offered using five methods, and every extension booking begins with a 30-minute consultation. A free color consultation of about 15 minutes covers color inspiration and goals, and bang trims are free and take 10 minutes. Microweave is a longer appointment that uses back-to-back filled-in highlights.

The salon charges a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
