The menu is broad. Manicures run from an Express Manicure at $23 up to a Russian Manicure at $50, with the CoCo Signature Manicure, Gel Manicure and Nochip Manicure at $40. Pedicures range from the Lavender Relieve at $39 to The Fire & Ice CBD at $87, and several pedicures, including the 24K Gold, Express and Fire and Ice, are listed without a price. Nail extensions include acrylic, Gel X, gel builder, ombre and pink and white sets. According to the booking site, an acrylic full set is $55 and an acrylic fill-in is $45. Dipping powder is offered on natural nails at $45, with organic versions and ombre options at higher prices.
Other services include waxing for brows, lip, chin, face, arms, hands, fingers and legs, with eyebrow waxing at $13 and full face at $40. Children aged 10 and under have their own menu, with manicures at $18 and regular pedicures at $28. Add-ons such as French, cat eye, nail design, chrome and nail repair are priced from a few dollars up.
Groups of five or more can book a party, such as a girls' night, birthday, bridal spa party, sweet 16 or bachelorette party. Guests may bring their own decor, snacks or drinks. Appointments are recommended, though walk-ins are welcome. Booking is by phone or online. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and group parties need 48 hours. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable. If a service cannot be refunded, the salon will adjust it when the client returns within three days. Clients who are not satisfied come back for a visual check, and any problem is corrected by rebooking with the original technician at no charge. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and may vary by location.
Hygiene is built into the routine, with single-use buffers and files, liner protection for every pedicure, and paraffin wax that is never recycled.
