Refill visits start with cleansing the lashes to remove residue and oils. The lash artist then checks the existing extensions and removes any that have grown out or loosened before new ones go on. Application is adjusted to suit each client's eye shape. The salon says it uses high-quality lashes and adhesives and puts the health of clients' natural lashes first, and that its eyelash artists complete training before working with clients. Appointments can be booked by calling or texting, and same-day slots are available that way.
