The salon's stated focus is on raising industry standards for customer care, service quality and salon hygiene. Pedicure basins use air jets that keep water out of the air line, and the jets are taken apart and cleaned with hospital-grade cleaner after every client. Spas are cleaned the same way. Razor tools are not used, files and buffers are disposable, and technicians and clients wash their hands before any service. Tools are washed in hot soapy water, sterilized for 10 minutes in barbicide and then kept in a sanitizer.
Services are organized into manicures, pedicures, combos, nail enhancements (including The Dipping System), kids services and hair removal, with a set of extra add-ons. Manicures and pedicures come in named packages, and the Milk & Honey services include hot stones in the massage. Papaya, Mango, Cocanut Colada and Milk & Honey services include a fast-dry top coat. Nail enhancements include SNS overlays in several shapes and Gel X sets, with prices that rise with length and shape. Add-ons include gel polish, nail art, paraffin wax for hands or feet, callus removal, chrome, matte top coat, a high-shine buff, nail repair, acrylic removal and an extra massage.
The salon is open by appointment, and appointments are preferred. Booking is done through the business line at 770-432-8884, and a $20 reservation fee per person secures the appointment. That fee is non-refundable but is applied toward services. It is forfeited for same-day cancellations or reschedules and for late arrival, and there is no grace period. One reschedule is allowed if the salon is contacted at least 24 hours in advance. Food is not allowed, phones are silenced on entry and kept out of the manicure area, and guests who are not being serviced may not wait inside. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00am to 7:30pm, Wednesday 10:00am to 6:30pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm, and closed Monday and Sunday.
