Color is the core of the menu: highlights, lowlights, mini highlights and money piece highlights, balayage, lived-in color and lived-in blonding, dimensional brunette color, all-over color, root retouch without bleach, color correction, custom toning, and gloss and toner services. Haircuts are offered on their own or added to color. Extension services cover new installs, weft and one- or two-row move-ups, reinstalls, sew-in removal, face-framing K-tip installs, and extra length or bowl. The salon also sells new extensions, with hair purchase options.

Appointments center on medium and longer hair. The salon does not take cuts that sit above the shoulder, such as pixie cuts or most short bobs. Color correction starts with a consultation, which must happen before booking. The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Anyone cancelling with fewer than 48 hours' notice pays 75% of the service cost, and a missed appointment is charged the full price. Gift card purchases carry no refund.
