Brow services cover hard and soft waxing, threading, tweezing, tinting and lamination. Waxing or threading the lip can be booked alone or with the brows, and brow tint and brow lamination are offered with either waxing or threading. A brow lamination lasts around 6 to 8 weeks and takes about 75 minutes, and clients are asked to stop retinols and exfoliants at least 3 days before waxing brows or laminating them.

Lash services include classic, wet, hybrid and volume full sets, with every full set including a complimentary wash and brush. A Korean lash lift and tint is also offered, with the lift lasting around 6 to 8 weeks, along with a standalone lash tint that lasts up to 3 weeks, lash removal, lash shampoo and lash serum. Fills are priced by how many weeks have passed, from one to three weeks, and clients are expected to come in with about half of their lashes remaining; otherwise the fill may need extra time or be booked closer together. Complimentary 1-3 day touch-ups are offered for small gaps, and a free 15-minute foreign fill consultation is available for lashes applied at another salon, with an upcharge on the first foreign fill.

The Mermaid Package combines a lash lift and tint with a brow lamination that includes tint and shaping, and takes about 120 minutes. Booking requires a card on file and a signed cancellation policy. Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead avoids a fee, while changes inside 24 hours carry a 50% fee of all services booked, and same-day or morning changes are treated as no-shows with a 100% fee. Unpaid fees can lead to future appointments being cancelled, and more than two no-shows results in a booking ban. The salon does not offer refunds under any circumstances, does not permit children or extra guests in the salon, and provides a complimentary removal if a client has an allergic reaction.
