The studio is set up around a skin consultation, a complimentary 30-minute visit to look at the skin, talk through concerns and goals, and put together a personalized treatment plan.

Services fall into three main groups. Custom facials range from a 45-minute express dermaplaning visit to longer facials that combine cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, LED light and hydrating treatments. Acne treatments include a single 45-minute peel and a longer multi-month program built around regular in-clinic sessions and a home regimen. Chemical peels are offered in a medium-depth pigmentation peel and an introductory peel for acne, uneven tone, and fine lines.

The studio's acne program is a 3 to 6 month plan with customized treatments every two weeks, a homecare plan, and adjustments to daily habits.

The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Clients can also buy skincare products through an online shop and purchase eGift cards in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or in custom amounts.

Treatments are chosen after a consultation and built around each client's skin, concerns and goals, with a personalized plan rather than a fixed menu.
