Visits are by appointment only. Listed hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Every consultation is performed by a board-certified physician, who also gives the first treatment. Follow-up care may be handled by an advanced-practice nurse practitioner or licensed clinician, with a board-certified physician reachable by phone and able to see the patient in person within 24 hours if medically necessary. The practice says patients are never pressured into a treatment.
Prices are published on the site, and the practice states there are no hidden fees. Examples include OptiLift eyelids at $1,999 for a complete series, a combined OptiLight and OptiLift package of five at $2,999, and TCA chemical peels starting at $150.
