The Co.Odyssey Mentorship, called Beauty in Bloom, trains aspiring estheticians, cosmetologists, barbers, nail technicians and makeup students, as well as newer and established professionals. Participants receive hands-on training, one-on-one classes and business guidance, along with access to complimentary equipment and quality brands. On completion they receive sponsored gifts and certificates. The business describes the program as building professionalism, business scaling, marketing skills and industry connections.

The hair menu is broad. Loc work includes retwists, extensions, reconstruction, hydration, starter locs and instant locs. Braiding covers knotless braids, kids knotless braids for ages 6 to 8, boho braids, tribal braids, braided bobs and braid downs. Weaves, wigs, crochet styles and straightening are also offered, along with natural hair treatments and styling, and wash and deep conditioning. Makeup includes one-on-one classes and a full glam makeup service, and lash and brow services are listed too. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday through Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
