The spa has offered licensed service providers since 2006 and says it uses only fully licensed and insured professionals.
The menu is organized into facials and peels, massages, body treatments, waxing, individual lash extensions, organic airbrush tanning and spa packages. Facial options include Diamond Peel, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, Jessner peels, oxygen facials, dermaplaning, micro-current facials and custom facials. Massage options range from Renewing Swedish and deep tissue to hot stone, Hawaiian lomi lomi, shiatsu, trigger point, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, oncology and pre- and post-natal massage, with a couples option available.
Clients are asked to check in ten minutes before an appointment and to call if they are running late, since late arrivals may be shortened, cancelled or rescheduled. Appointments need to be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours ahead, and a credit card is requested when booking. The spa recommends booking future visits before leaving. Services and packages can be booked through the salon's online booking page. Spa parties require a deposit.
The spa has more than nine treatment rooms, including a quiet room and a couples room, along with shower facilities and an infrared sauna. Wireless internet is available. The salon says it was voted number one on the OC HOT LIST for seven years in a row, based on more than 19,000 votes from local Orange County consumers, and that its facials were rated among the top facials in Huntington Beach.
Services are performed by licensed, insured providers, and facials are built around a variety of products and tools.
