Every new client receives a free consultation. Injectables are booked by appointment, by phone, through the contact form, or online, though weekday walk-ins for injectables are accepted until 4:00 pm. Clients should come in 15 minutes ahead of their visit to fill out paperwork. Weekday hours run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday hours from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Sunday hours from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, all for injectables by appointment. A Wednesday evening injectable session also runs from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.

The spa says it uses current technology and well-known aesthetic brands, and that it has ongoing training with Allergan Aesthetics, Merz Aesthetics, Galderma, Revance, and Candela. Cancellations or changes are requested at least 24 hours ahead, with a $50 fee possible for shorter notice or no-shows.
