Each set can be customized for length and style. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and their price and timing depend on how many extensions remain from the previous set. A fill booked more than four weeks after the last appointment must be done as a full set.

Beyond extensions, the business provides lash lifts, lash tints, a combined lift and tint, lash removal and brow waxing. Colored lash accents and full colored lashes can be added to an extension appointment for a small extra charge. Services are priced individually, with brow waxing starting at $15 and the lift and tint combination at $80.

Booking requires a $15 deposit for each service, which is deducted from the total, with the balance paid at the visit. Deposits are not returned. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a fee, and shorter notice costs half the service fee. No-shows are charged the full fee before rebooking. Appointments before 9:30 AM or after 6:30 PM carry an extra $25 fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation.

Payment can be made by Zelle, cash, debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Venmo, with a $5 processing fee on card payments at the visit. Clients who react to a product can ask for a patch test before an appointment, and lashes are removed at no cost after a reaction. Concerns about results must be raised within three days of the appointment, and touch-ups are done at no charge. Refunds are not issued.

Full sets are built to the length and style each client chooses, with fills timed to the condition of the existing extensions.
