Cloud Beauty Studio is run by Claudia, a licensed esthetician, from a suite at 601 E Yorba Linda Blvd in Placentia. Brow services include brow lamination and brow tinting. Other services are eyelash extensions, Korean lash lifts, makeup, and body waxing with sugaring. Bookings are made through the online booking page linked from the website, and the phone number and email are listed there as well.

Every appointment requires a $30 non-refundable deposit, sent by Zelle within 24 hours of booking and applied toward the final balance. If a service costs less than the deposit, the full price is sent as the deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, by Zelle or by Apple Cash, and paying by card carries a small fee. After sending a Zelle deposit, clients message a screenshot through Instagram showing their name, the date and the appointment time. First-time clients fill out a consent form for each booked service before their visit.

Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, and later arrivals are cancelled and rebooked. Clients can reschedule once, and any further change forfeits the original deposit and requires a new one. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice. Missed appointments without a call are blocked from future booking and charged 50% of the balance to the card on file. Cards are only charged for deposits or balances in that case or with the client's permission. Refunds are not given, and extra guests are not allowed. Last-minute or evening requests after 6 pm are made through Instagram with the date, time and service.

Lash fills are booked two to three weeks after the previous appointment or once at least 40% of the lashes remain, otherwise a full set is needed. Lash visits take about one to three hours depending on the service. Before lash appointments, clients should arrive without eye makeup or eyelash glue, or a small fee is added. Brow appointments need no brow makeup or gel, with the same kind of fee. Before waxing, hair should have grown for at least three weeks, and the area should not be exfoliated for 24 hours before the visit. Clients are also asked to avoid caffeine before lash and waxing appointments.
