Manicures run from a classic service, which includes cut and trim, cuticle care, a light hand massage and regular polish, up to a VIP manicure with an organic-vegan scrub, mask, paraffin wax and an extended massage. Pedicures follow the same ladder, with options built around milk, coffee and honey, a vitamin C infused Summer Spirit formula in lemon, mango-orange or grapefruit scents, a mojito and hemp CBD-infused formula, eucalyptus with a hot stone, and a Cloud 9 VIP foot treatment with collagen cream and paraffin. Gel polish is offered on both hands and feet, and the salon says its gel dries with no drying time and lasts longer. Mani and pedi packages combine the two services at a set price.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Clients who are running late have a 10-minute grace period and should let the salon know as soon as possible, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late may have some or all services refused. Services completed at the salon are not refundable, and gift certificates are sold only in store. Major credit cards are accepted except American Express, and checks, including personal, business and money orders, are not accepted. Gratuity may not be charged on a credit card. The salon is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.
