Every massage includes aromatherapy, hot stones, hot towels, cupping, deep tissue work and sombra, and warm socks are provided in winter. Massages are customized. A 30-minute session costs $60, a 60-minute session costs $100 and a 75-minute session costs $110, and each requires a $25 deposit to book. Pregnancy massage is offered from 12 to 40 weeks in a 75-minute session priced at $120, with the same deposit. Facials are offered alone and as massage and facial packages.

Hair services range from a $15 cut for kids 12 and under or a men's buzz cut to a $110 color appointment that takes about two hours. Color requires a $50 deposit and must be booked by phone. Free 30-minute consultations are offered for corrective care and hair extensions. Nail services include gel and spa manicures and pedicures, gel removal, and gel nail art at $5 per nail. Waxing covers the face, underarms, back, chest, arms, bikini and legs, with half-leg waxing starting at $70 and full-leg waxing at $140. Heat infused spray tanning is a 30-minute service for $40 with a $10 deposit, using a fine DHA mist that reacts with the skin to produce a tan.

Cancellations need 24 hours notice to avoid a charge. No-call no-shows are charged the full appointment cost plus a 20% gratuity for the service provider, and cancellations on shorter notice may require full payment if the time cannot be rebooked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 or $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final on sale. Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be used toward a missed service.

The spa says it was named Best of the Burgh Best Spa in 2020. According to the spa, it was named Best Spa in Triblive's Best of the Best in 2020, 2021 and 2022 and was runner-up in 2023, and it was named Best Therapeutic Massage in that same contest in 2020, 2021 and 2023. The spa also says it won gold in Triblive's Best Spa, Therapeutic Massage and Tanning categories in 2024 and 2025.

The spa says it puts quality ahead of volume while keeping its prices affordable.
