The facial menu includes classic and Supreme versions of several treatments, such as collagen, firming and Spicy Pumpkin options, along with microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling and a glycolic acid pumpkin peel mask that can be added to a visit. C9 Glow combines red light therapy, high frequency firming and serums in one 75-minute session. A teen facial is offered for ages 12 to 18, and red light therapy can be added to a classic or Supreme facial. Facial and add-on combinations, such as a facial with lash or brow tinting, microdermabrasion or dermaplaning, are priced as bundles.

Massage options range from 30 to 90 minutes. Choices include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, prenatal and lymphatic drainage work. The aromatherapy massages begin with an aroma consultation and use blended essential oils. The prenatal massage is done face down on a pregnancy table. Lymphatic drainage uses slow, light pressure and is suited to post-surgery clients. CBD-based options are offered, including a 90-minute natural pain relief massage and a 60-minute hot stone service followed by a hemp back scrub. Other choices include a migraine relief massage, a 30-minute reset massage and a Lux Therapeutic massage with aromatherapy, hot stones and a foot or back scrub.

Brow and lash services include permanent brows in nano, ombre or combo styles, with custom design and color. The business says results can last one to three years, depending on skin type, and recommends a touch-up within the first 10 weeks, which is not included in the introductory price. Clients who have had brow work with another artist must book a consultation first. Lash lifts and a brow touch-up session for clients who had full permanent brow work in the past three months are also offered.

Appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. A 30 percent fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of a booked service.
