Hygiene is a central part of how the salon presents itself. Its pedicure chairs are Contego Hygiene units with disposable liners, and the pedicure jet system is single-use: it is opened fresh for each guest and discarded afterward. The pedicure menu ranges from an express option to multi-step treatments. The Tancha Fresh pedicure at $53 includes a green tea soak, sugar scrub, callus treatment mask and collagen socks. The Honey and Milk Touch at $65 pairs a warm milk and salt soak with a sugar scrub, callus treatment, raw honey massage, hot stone and collagen socks. The Herbal Dream Pedicure at $90 is the most extensive, adding a herbal neck wrap, crystal soak, candle oil, massage and herbal balms.

Manicure options include an express manicure on natural nails, gel manicures, and the Dream's Manicure, which uses a honey and milk soak and a collagen glove treatment. Nail enhancements cover BIAB, builder gel, poly gel, Gel X, dipping and acrylic powder, and ombre sets, with fill-in appointments for maintenance. The salon uses HEMA-free gel polish.

Several booking policies apply. Every sale and service is final. Gift certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, and they expire one year after purchase. Free fixes are available for nails that are chipped, scratched or misshapen, provided the problem is reported within a day and the visit is booked within five days. Clients are advised to return for a refill every two to three weeks, and an appointment falling more than four weeks after the last one may require a new set. Nail technicians are independent contractors. Anyone with diabetes should inform the technician before service begins, and cutting services are not offered to those clients. Guests with allergies should mention them before their appointment. Payment is accepted in cash, by Visa, MasterCard or Discover with valid identification; checks and American Express are not accepted.

Hygiene practices and single-use pedicure supplies are built into the service, with the aim of a relaxing, high-quality experience.
