Relocating from France about two decades ago, Sophie and Didier Libessart now run their practice in Coral Gables. According to the clinic, its approach considers the whole patient rather than focusing on one symptom alone.
The clinic describes its treatments as drug-free and non-invasive, with no surgery, injections or pharmaceuticals. Manual osteopathy addresses a range of concerns, including back and neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, joint pain, sports injuries, postural dysfunction, tennis elbow, scoliosis and chronic tension.
The aesthetic side of the clinic centers on LPG Endermologie, which uses rollers and controlled suction for a mechanical body massage, and LPG Endermolift, which uses mechanical stimulation in a non-invasive facial treatment. LPG Endermologie body sessions run about 35 minutes and use a specialized bodysuit. Pricing for the LPG treatments is not listed; the clinic asks prospective clients to confirm fees before treatment and discusses suitability during a consultation.
Osteopathy visits begin with a conversation about concerns and health history, followed by an assessment of how the patient moves. Appointment length and fees are confirmed when a visit is arranged. Online inquiries do not confirm an appointment; the clinic confirms appointments directly. The website asks people not to include medical records or sensitive health details in inquiry forms.
The VIP Osteopathy membership is limited to 50 clients and includes one complimentary osteopathy session per year, an appointment within 24 hours on weekdays, 24/7 phone and email access to Didier Libessart, and 20% off LPG body and facial treatments. Membership pricing, payment frequency, renewal and cancellation terms are provided by the clinic on request.
Treats the whole person with drug-free, non-invasive methods, and the clinic describes its treatments as free of surgery, injections and pharmaceuticals.
