There are four offices. The Eau Gallie location in Melbourne is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The Merritt Island office is open Monday through Saturday by appointment only, and the Orlando office is open Monday through Friday by appointment only. A second Melbourne office is also listed. Care starts with a private, comprehensive consultation to talk through the result a person wants, review options and plan a custom treatment. Consultations can be booked online for in-office visits or nonsurgical treatments, or done virtually by WhatsApp or FaceTime with providers on weekdays from 8am to 5pm, with requests accepted after hours or on weekends. New patients fill out a New Patient Packet through the secure Patient Portal before the visit and are asked to send photos of the areas they want to discuss. Surgical consultations generally run 60 to 90 minutes. Facial consultations include a facial analysis with photo imaging, and patients receive a written quote afterward, can look into financing and can schedule a procedure during the visit. Consultations also include access to a cosmetic library and a collection of before-and-after photos. Complimentary nonsurgical and skincare consultations are offered with medspa staff.

Surgical procedures take place in accredited ambulatory surgery centers in Brevard County, and some are performed in the practice's own offices. An anesthesiologist accompanies the surgeon during surgery. Each patient is cared for by a specialist who focuses on a particular area, and body contouring is handled by a breast and body contouring plastic surgeon. Most surgical patients plan at least one week away from work, and the practice notes that some results may take up to a year to fully appear because of residual swelling. Nonsurgical and minimally invasive procedures may involve little or no downtime, according to the practice.

Clevens Face and Body Specialists offers a medspa side with injectables such as Botox, Dysport, DAXXIFY and dermal fillers, plus laser treatments, body contouring and skin care. Medical-grade skincare may include prescription-strength products, chemical peels and customized regimens. Skincare memberships are available, and skincare products can be purchased through an online shop. Hair restoration is offered using NeoGraft and MaxGraft hair transplant methods. The practice also lists gender-related surgery as female to male and male to female procedures. According to the site, the practice provides reconstructive facial plastic surgery at no charge to survivors of domestic violence. The Clevens family founded Face of Change, which the site says provides medical, educational and hunger relief services.

Care begins with a custom plan built from a private consultation, with each patient guided by a specialist in the area being treated. Surgery is done in accredited ambulatory surgery centers with an anesthesiologist present.
