Manicures cover a wide range, from a regular manicure and color gel to builder gel fill-ins, hard gel and Gel X extensions, UV gel sets and extensions, UV power manicures and SNS powder. Pedicures include a regular pedicure, a color gel pedicure and several spa pedicures. The three spa pedicures step up in length and add treatments: the Aloma Deluxe Spa Pedicure, the Deep Hydration Spa Pedicure and the Cleo Special Spa Pedicure, which adds paraffin and a longer massage.

The Cleo Special Spa Pedicure and spa pedicures use single-use liners and nozzles, and the spa pedicure runs on the Smart Pods single-use four-step system. For metal tools, the salon sterilizes them in a hospital-grade autoclave, and single-use files, buffers and pads are used for every service.

Massage options include chair massage in short sessions, Swedish massage and deep tissue massage, with lymphatic detox and cupping massage also offered. Reflexology, or foot massage, is available in 10 to 30 minute sessions. Waxing covers the face, underarms and bikini areas, from lip and eyebrow through full Brazilian. Facials are also on the menu.

Cleo Lounge is a private space for two or more guests who book spa pedicures. Guests receive complimentary snacks and drinks, and Cleo Spa Pedicure guests in the lounge are offered a glass of champagne or white wine. Lounge reservations should be made in advance. For special requests, the salon offers consultations with its technicians.

The salon uses single-use tools and disposables for each service and sterilizes its metal tools in an autoclave.

The interior is a white space with cream leather chairs.
